Help with a report or payment
Email support@cryptotaxcheck.uk with your report ID (on the cover page of your PDF) and a description of the problem. Do not attach your transaction files, exchange exports or wallet addresses — we do not need them and we would rather not hold them. We aim to reply within 2 working days, and faster in January.
If a report failed to generate or the download did not work, tell us straight away: our terms set out the refund policy.
Corrections and feedback on guides
Email hello@cryptotaxcheck.uk. If you think a rate, date, threshold or explanation is wrong, tell us which page and, if you can, link to the GOV.UK or HMRC manual page that shows the correct position. We will check, fix it and update the "last reviewed" date.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@cryptotaxcheck.uk to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, to unsubscribe from reminders, or for any question about our privacy policy. We will respond within one month.
Security
If you find a security vulnerability in the site, the calculator or the price service, please email security@cryptotaxcheck.uk with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not test against other users' data or disrupt the service. We will acknowledge within 2 working days.
Press and partnerships
Email hello@cryptotaxcheck.uk. We do not accept paid placements, exchange referral partnerships or "buy crypto" promotions.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal tax advice, tell you whether a specific transaction is taxable in your circumstances, or help you complete your tax return or HMRC disclosure. For that you need a qualified UK tax adviser, or HMRC directly: HMRC's Self Assessment helpline and its Cryptoasset Disclosure Service contact details are on GOV.UK.
